Warrior 108 is a comprehensive 4-month masterclass and personal coaching programme designed to completely transform your body, mind, and spirit. Founded upon the knowledge and techniques I've mastered to achieve my own physique and spiritual well-being.

Through weekly 1:1 online video coaching calls, I'll personally guide, support and encourage you, as we conquer potential road blocks and celebrate each and every win together. Programme Breakdown

Weekly 1:1 coaching calls provide personalized guidance and support, tailored to your unique needs, for faster progress and extreme results. Plus, the Warrior 108 community provides ongoing motivation and connection through WhatsApp and monthly group calls.

Beyond 12 weeks, we'll intensify workouts and refine your nutrition further to reveal a shredded warrior physique. The optimised nutrition plan accelerates fat loss and muscle gain while allowing for flexibility and enjoyment- eat like a king, look and feel like a warrior!

W108 PHASE 1

The focus is on building strength, proportion, and dense muscle.

​

DURING THE FIRST 12 WEEKS, WE WILL:

​

  • Maximise strength and proportion, building the foundation of your warrior physique.
     

  • Accelerate muscle growth by increasing training frequency and volume for key muscle groups.
     

  • Develop thicker shoulders, upper chest, and arms, creating a warrior
    V-taper and proportionate lower body.

W108 PHASE 2

Time to maximise muscle size and get shred fat to achieve that chiselled look. The emphasis is on high-volume training for a rapid transformation.

DURING THESE 4 WEEKS, WE WILL:

​

  • Ramp up training volume with more exercises, sets, and reps to maximise muscle fibre stimulation.
     

  • Shock your body with an increase in training volume, forcing your body to develop more size and burn more calories.
    ​

  • Become leaner, bigger, and have skin tightening muscle pumps.

The first 12 weeks forge the foundation of your transformation. Using a simple yet effective 3-4 day per week routine, you'll focus on compound exercises hitting all major muscle groups. Each 45-minute session includes 2 push, 2 pull, core, and leg work, designed to build muscle, burn fat, and sculpt a perfectly proportioned V-shape physique.
